- All returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 DAYS of the SHIPMENT DATE.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and odor free with original tags attached. No deodorant or makeup stains. Must be clean.
- All Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- All accessories such as jewelry and hats cannot be returned.
- Gift Certificates are non exchangeable and non refundable.

Damaged or defective items: All damages must be reported prior to wearing the item. If an item is received damaged or defective, customer service needs to be notified within 3 days for a full refund. Notification past the 3 day return window will not be eligible for a full refund.

How do I know the status of my order?
- Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your item has shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number.
I have received the incorrect item, what do I do?
