Returns & Exchanges

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

-All returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE. We do not offer refunds. 

-Murchandise must be returned within 14 business days of the shipment date 

-Return shipping is the customer's responsibility 

-The original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable 

-Any sale items, jewlery, headwear & previous exchanges are FINAL SALE

-Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, stain & oder free with original tags.

No deodorant or makeup stains. MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION

-Online returns will be issued a store credit on the customers account. 

-Damaged or defective items: All damanged must be reported prior to wearing the item. If an item is received damaged or defective, 

customer service must be notified within 72 hours for a refund. Notification after 72 hours will not be eligible for a full refund.

-Murchandise must be unword, unwashed, stain & oder free with original tag.

customer service must be notified within 24 hours for a refund. Notification after 24 hours will not be eligible for a full refund.

-Write "RETURN" in your subject line 

-Please includeyour order number, a picture of the item, & a brief message regarding the item(s) you wish to return so we can assist you. 

-If your request meets out return policy guidelines, a return address will be sent to your email. 

 

HOW TO DO AN EXCHANGE:

-Please send a return request to: thestag119@gmai.com

-Write "EXCHANGE " in your subject line 

-Please includeyour order number, a picture of the item, & a brief message regarding the item(s) you wish to return so we can assist you. 

-If your request meets out return policy guidelines, a return address will be sent to your email. 

The exchange process will begin after we recieve the item(s) from the original order.
